We are an Online Travel Agency which acts solely as a Sales Agent for third-party suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, Cruise Lines, Car Rental companies & Tour Operators) and facilitate travel arrangements to meet your unique travel needs.
We do not own, manage, or operate any aircraft, hotel or vessel. Our service is to facilitate your booking process by providing personal concierge expertise, tailored to enhance your travel experience.
Booking & Payment Confirmation, which is a crucial aspect of the travel service we provide to ensure that your journey is both pleasant and hassle-free.
Real-Time Pricing
All quotes provided are subject to real-time availability and market conditions. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a Confirmation Email and a valid Ticket/Voucher number, thus securing your travel itinerary.
Payment Authorization
By providing your card details via our secure Stripe payment gateway, you authorize Worldz Travel LLC to charge the total amount displayed for your reservations, ensuring transparency throughout the payment process.
Price Fluctuations
Airfares and taxes are subject to change by the airline without prior notice until the ticket is officially issued. We reserve the right to pass on any government-imposed tax increases or fuel surcharges, protecting the integrity of the pricing we offer. Cancellations & Refunds policy is in place to guide you about refund eligibility and conditions.
Supplier Policies
Most luxury tours, cruise itineraries, and "Specialized" bookings are subject to the specific cancellation penalties of the underlying supplier, which may vary depending on their terms and conditions. It is advisable to carefully read through these policies before finalizing your arrangement.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. We recommend allowing 10 - 14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, adhering to Stripe’s standard processing times for refunds.
Service Fees
Our concierge planning fees are non-refundable once the custom itinerary has been delivered.
This ensures we can continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients. Travel Documentation & Health is essential information that we communicate clearly to all customers.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have valid passports (usually valid for 6 months beyond travel), visas, and any required health/vaccination certificates.
Worldz Travel LLC is not liable for any boarding denials due to improper documentation or failure to adhere to the requirements set forth by the destinations you are traveling to.
Limitation of Liability clause is stipulated to protect both parties in unforeseen situations.
Third-Party Acts
Worldz Travel LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, damage, or delay caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party supplier that we collaborate with.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by "Acts of God," including but not limited to pandemics, weather disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or technical transport failures, ensuring that we are not held accountable for extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.
Financial Limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the total amount paid by you to Worldz Travel LLC for that specific booking, providing fair and reasonable limits to our obligations.
Security & Data Privacy are paramount to our operations and we take them very seriously.
All transactions are processed through Secure Payment Gateways along with Stripe’s 100% Secure PCI-DSS compliant servers to ensure your sensitive payment information remains protected.
We do not store your full credit card information on our local servers, further safeguarding your financial data. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, detailing how we manage your data responsibly.
