9A. General Cancellation Windows
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your written notification via email to support@worldztravel.com.

9B. Service-Specific Rules
Flight Bookings: Most "Premier" or "Discounted" airfares are non-refundable and non-changeable per airline rules. If a refund is permitted, a standard airline processing fee plus our agency service fee will apply.
Hotels & Car Rentals: Cancellations made within 48–72 hours of the check-in/pick-up date are typically subject to a "One Night/Day" penalty or 100% charge, depending on the property.
Bespoke Cruises: As Per CLIA guidelines, cruise deposits are often non-refundable. Cancellations within 90 days of sailing usually incur tiered penalties.
9C. Refund Processing Timeline
Method of Refund: All refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Account) used during the initial transaction. We cannot issue refunds via cash or to a different card.
Internal Review: Once your request is received, our Expert Team will process the authorization within 10–14 business days.
Bank Processing: After we initiate the refund via Stripe, it typically takes 10–14 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement. This timeline is dictated by your financial institution.
9D. Non-Refundable Charges
Concierge Planning Fees: Professional fees for curated luxury itineraries are non-refundable once the itinerary is delivered.
Transaction Fees: Processing fees incurred at the time of booking may be non-refundable depending on the specific region and transaction type.
No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for "No-Shows" or unused portions of a trip (e.g., unused hotel nights or missed transfers).
9E. Force Majeure & Protection
Worldz Travel LLC strongly recommends purchasing Travel Insurance. In cases of "Force Majeure" (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes), refunds are subject to the specific "Travel Credit" or "Refund" policies issued by the Airline or Hotel supplier.
